Ready to Understand Your Relationship Patterns?

Have you ever caught yourself thinking:

  • “Other people have it much worse than me. I shouldn’t complain.”

  • “I don’t really have relationships that last.”

  • “I feel like I shut down or pull away, even when I care.”

If so, you’re not broken, you’re human. And chances are, your attachment patterns are shaping how you show up in relationships, often without you realizing it.

This ongoing attachment support group is a space to finally slow down, get curious, and understand why you relate the way you do (without judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself).

What This Group Is Really About

This group is designed to help you understand yourself more clearly in the context of relationships - not just intellectually(yes, we will be discussing the basics of attachment, too), but experientially.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How your attachment patterns developed

  • How they show up in real-time with other people

  • Why certain dynamics feel familiar, frustrating, or exhausting

  • What secure attachment actually feels like in your body and nervous system

Rather than just talking about relationships, you’ll get to practice relating differently (safely, slowly, and with support) inside the group itself.

A Different Kind of Growth Space

This is not a lecture or a workbook-style group.

This is a relational, experiential group, where learning happens through:

  • Honest reflection

  • Respectful feedback

  • Shared experiences

  • Practicing vulnerability in manageable, supported ways

You’ll have the opportunity to notice how you:

  • Speak up (or don’t)

  • Hold back your needs

  • Over-function, shut down, people-please, or stay guarded

  • Respond to closeness, conflict, and feedback

And most importantly, you’ll learn how to stay connected to yourself while staying in a relationship with others.

What You’ll Gain From This Group

Through consistent participation, you can expect to:

  • Understand your attachment patterns with more clarity and compassion

  • Receive honest, caring feedback that helps you see blind spots gently

  • Practice expressing your thoughts, feelings, and needs in real time

  • Build tolerance for closeness, honesty, and emotional intimacy

  • Learn what secure attachment feels like, not just what it “should” be

The goal is smoother, more fulfilling connections with others and with yourself.

Who This Group Is For

This group is for the emotionally aware woman who:

  • Has done some self-reflection or personal growth already

  • Understands herself mentally but wants that insight to translate into real-life change

  • Is curious about her relationship patterns and ready to explore them honestly

  • Wants deeper, healthier relationships, but doesn’t want to do it alone

If you are ready and willing to be curious, open, and honest, this group is for you.

A Space to Practice Being Yourself In Relationships

If you’ve been waiting for a space where you can:

  • Stop minimizing your experiences

  • Understand your patterns without self-blame

  • Learn how to build secure attachment from the inside out

  • Show up authentically with others

This group is here for you.

You don’t need to push yourself to change.
You need a place where change can happen naturally, through connection.

This virtual 8-week attachment therapy group is intentionally small and closed to support relational safety. The group fee is $60 per session ($480 total). An individual intake session ($60) is required prior to placement; a limited-time complimentary intake may be available for the upcoming group.
